Thursday 16 October 2014 Carol and Nabil Jabari

We invited Carol and Nabil Jabari for dinner and an ethnic concert in the auditorium.  Carol is one of our contacts with humanitarian work.  She is director of Patients Friends Society at the Augusta Victoria Hospital.  Carol does outreach and support for cancer patients.  She and her husband Nabil met while attending a university in England.  They have 4 children and live in Beit Hanina a suburb of Jerusalem.  Her husband, Nabil was born in Hebron and is the Chancellor of Hebron University.  He is trained as a dentist.  They are both American citizens.  Nabil was born in Hebron into a family of 12 children.  His father was the mayor of Hebron for many years and was high up in the Jordanian government.
