Tues. Sept. 2, we took the Hopkins to the organizations that BYU has helped with up in the Galilee area. We went to the Kamah Kibbutz that services and houses the handicapped. They have a bakery, pottery, weaving, and book making workshops. I am impressed with their facilities and staff.

In the afternoon we went to Tamara, Israel, a Palestinian town, where me met Ramzieh and Rawaida of the organization of Amutah. Amutah is an after school program for Palestinian children. Ramzieh, the woman in the scarf is a member of the Tiberias Branch and is also Muslim.
I love seeing pictures on your blog of all that you're doing. You are such great humanitarian people. It's fun to see the Hopkins fitting right in also.
